| We got caught up in the Tour of Spain bike race near Bilbao. Forced by the police to park up by the side of the road, we had to wait for the pack to complete the stage. | This is near the top of the Portillo de Lunada pass (1350 m) in the Cantabrian Mountains near Bilbao. We managed to do 2,700 kms in two weeks with the diesel Renault Scenic, which was happy to cruise at 140 kph (but not when going over the mountain pass). | Fran with Marcus and Zoë at the Guggenheim Museum, Bilbao.
